Woodland is a luxury holiday park exclusively for holiday home owners.

We’re hidden in the middle of 80 acres of beautiful countryside and only a few hundred yards from the sea.

Come and spend some time in the woods, unwind and clear your head. We think you’ll agree - North Norfolk is not just for summer.

A green stress-buster

Going out for a walk in the fresh air really does do wonders.

It’s well documented that spending time in a natural environment has a positive effect on our emotional and physical wellbeing: it reduces blood pressure, muscle tension and boosts our mood.

Our 80 acres of woodland provide a perfect escape at any time of year. There’s the first sighting of bluebells and primroses in springtime. The bees, butterflies and vibrant greens of summer. A beautiful, bold burst of colour in the autumn. Everything sprinkled with snow in winter. Whatever the season, it’s a magical place to be.

The trees in our mature woodland include oak, beech, Scots Pine and horse chestnut; plant species range from ferns and mosses to blackthorn and rhododendrons. This rich and diverse habitat supports a wealth of wildlife: birds, insects and animals including woodpeckers, nuthatches, owls, ladybirds, beetles, squirrels and hedgehogs. If you’re really lucky, you’ll catch a glimpse of our resident muntjac deer.

We’re committed to a harmonious coexistence with the flora and fauna here at Woodland Holiday Park. It’s our responsibility to ensure they thrive and are available for future generations to enjoy.

Our environment and ecology officer Ashleigh is currently overseeing a re-planting project of 4,500 trees, the installation of owl and bat roosting boxes and, elsewhere on the site, several EV charging points.
